Mr.Roger Ren  Roger Ren, Group Finance Director Trayton Group, he is responsible for financial management, Information Technology and treasury in Trayton Group. Before joining Trayton Group, Roger accumulated 3 years external auditing experiences from PricewaterhouseCoopers, and he worked in Siemens Ltd., China as internal audit manager, strategy manager and worked as CFO in one Siemens Operating Company in Suzhou. He also worked for Eaton Electrical Ltd. as Controller. Roger is expert on company internal financial management and analysis, internal control, BSC, strategy management and planning, and internal commercial process improvement. Roger is Certified Publich Accountant (China), Certified Internal Auditor, ACCA. He has Bachelor Degree in Economics from Fudan University, and BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University (U.K.). Now he is studying in CEIBS EMBA.
